CFRT is proud to announce THE FINAL MILLION DOLLAR MATCH – a $1,000,000 fund created by The Arts Council of Fayetteville/Cumberland County, The Junior League of Fayetteville, Larry & Julianne Bass, Betsy Hubbard, and Mary Flagg & Jim Haugh that will DOUBLE the impact of any new gifts of $10,000+ (payable over five years) made to the campaign before September 1, 2026.

Cape Fear Regional Theatre is growing by leaps and bounds. Since 1962, CFRT has been developing local talent, launching high-profile careers, and serving as a cultural destination in our state. Now, as we look to an exciting future, we’re expanding our facility to meet the caliber of the nationally recognized work happening within!

The theatre auditorium renovation was completed in 2021 and now ACT 2 will Expand & Elevate the rest of the facility, offering more opportunities to take classes, gather with friends, experience art, and make memories. At any stage of life, you can find yourself here.

Join ACT 2 as a Stage Door Donor and we will recognize your contribution with a permanent listing on the donor wall by the door to back stage and the education wing in the grand lobby. Your tax deductible donations are payable over five years.

In the theatre, there is a tradition that visiting artists commemorate their time onstage by signing the walls backstage. Join us as a Signature Donor at one of the following five levels, securing your family’s legacy as a supporter of the arts! Your tax deductible donations are payable over five years.

For a $10,000+ commitment, add your name to the generous supporters who made this project possible and receive recognition on the permanent donor list in the lobby. Donors at this level receive:

For a $25,000+ commitment, your uniquely creative signature will be inscribed on our donor wall, a distinct way to leave your mark!

- Two tickets to an exclusive rooftop concert featuring one of CFRT's guest artists
For a $50,000+ commitment, a family photo & your signature will be displayed on our donor wall, a lasting tribute to your support of the arts!

- One complimentary use of the Mezzanine for a private event

The next generations of CFRT’s Actors, Technicians, and Staff will study, collaborate, and create from the comfort of The Green Room. With kitchen facilities, a live feed to the stage, and comfortable seating, the artist’s experience can now match their work!
Naming Rights: $175,000
There’s no business like show business! Be part of supporting the business team who makes the shows happen.
Naming Rights: $200,000
Your family’s name will appear on this premium location that will change to highlight various shows. Each year, thousands of guests will take pictures in front of this wall to be shared in various media outlets and family photos.
Naming Rights: $250,000
Located in our rooftop event space, The Sunset Bar has western exposure and a picture window. Each evening, it frames the sunset like a piece of art. Enjoy craft cocktails for a remarkable, elevated experience.
Naming Rights: $750,000
Our incredible Education program impacts over 20,000 youth annually! By sponsoring our Education wing, YOU will make life changing experiences possible for young people throughout our community.
Naming Rights: $1,000,000
This two-story expansion will double our square footage, with a stunning new lobby, two new studio classrooms for our ever-expanding education programs, and a mezzanine for all the community’s event needs.
Our rooftop experience will have a second stage designed to feature local talent!
The new design will increase our artist and staff spaces, increasing our capacity to create the shows you know and love. Of course, we cannot forget the addition of our fabulous new parking lot!
