First off, we want to say a huge thank you for joining us this season. Your support has been incredible and, as we look back on this past weekend and the “Where Were You” performance that took place in Festival Park, we continue to be moved and inspired by the integrity and service embodied by this community.
As you know, CFRT has spent the last several months on a mission to FIX IT ALL throughout the theatre. This renovation strategically embraced the pandemic to bring about these long-awaited changes, but we have been subject to incredible supply chain issues. Our HVAC units were supposed to be installed in July and they were over two month delayed. The fabric for our new chairs (ordered back in May), is also delayed, driving the installation of these chairs into October. With so many factors out of our control, we have made the difficult decision to post-pone BUDDY HOLLY and re-open the theatre with the 30th anniversary of THE BEST CHRISTMAS PAGEANT EVER in December.
While this is disappointing, we are excited to christen our theatre with BCPE which has been a cornerstone of the Fayetteville holiday season for decades. For our subscribers, we are making the following adjustments to ensure that you will still get the full value of your Flex Ticket package:
- Redeem one of your FLEX TICKETS as a general admission ticket to BLUES-N-BREWS, or upgrade to VIP for an additional $50. This year we will have more than 50 craft beers from all around North Carolina in CANS! Coming to Festival Park on October 30th, Blues-N-Brews will feature performances from The Guy Unger Band, Nattalyee Randall (CFRT’s Dreamgirls), and Willie Bradley!
- You can roll ONE ticket per package forward into the 2022-2023 season. You don’t need to take any action to take advantage of this offer. At the close of this season, we will automatically roll one ticket per package forward for everyone with un-used Flex tickets.
- You can bring a friend to any performance of your choosing!
Thank you again for being part of our CFRT Family. We can’t wait to share the results of the renovation with you and we KNOW that it’ll be worth the wait when we all come back together in the theatre.
