ABOUT THE SHOW: Inspired by a true story, Bright Star is a sweeping Southern musical filled with heart, hope, and the power of second chances. When literary editor Alice Murphy crosses paths with a young soldier just home from World War II, long-buried memories begin to surface, setting her on a journey through love, loss, and a past she thought was left behind. Featuring a soaring bluegrass-inspired score by Steve Martin and Edie Brickell, Bright Star weaves together mystery, romance, and redemption into an unforgettable story that reminds us the brightest stars can shine through even the darkest nights!
