Planned Giving

A planned or deferred gift is an incredible way to support the Cape Fear Regional Theatre and the important role the theatre has played in your life. With thoughtful planning, you can make a huge impact in ensuring that CFRT is able to serve future generations. 
 
With a planned gift, you Light Up Your Legacy, creating an impact that will shine brightly for generations.
 
EXAMPLES OF LEGACY GIFTS INCLUDE:
  • Name CFRT in a will or living trust.
  • Designate CFRT as a beneficiary in a qualified retirement plan [e.g., IRA, 401(k) or 403(b)].
  • Designate CFRT as a beneficiary in a life insurance policy.
  • Establish a charitable remainder trust or charitable lead trust.
  • Make a gift of personal property or real estate to CFRT
  • Endowments to support CFRT forever!
     
Legacy gifts are about YOU, so they can be designated to serve specific programs (Summer Camp! Sensory Friendly Shows! Mainstage Productions!) or left to serve the theatre wherever the need is greatest. It would be our honor to speak with you about how to plan a meaningful gift.
