In this fairy tale musical, an unlikely hero finds himself on a life-changing journey. Joined by a wisecracking Donkey, Shrek sets out to rescue a feisty princess who has a big secret. Throw in a short-tempered bad guy and gang of fairytale misfits and you’ve got something to sing about. Learn what a “Big Bright Beautiful World” it can be when you trust others and love yourself for who you truly are.
Who will love it: Kids and adults of all ages! If you’re a fan of the movie Shrek, you will certainly love the musical. Lovers of onions, parfaits, and witty humor will not be disappointed. PG
