The Trip to Bountiful: April 9-26, 2015
Starring Founding Artistic Director Bo Thorp in her return to the CFRT stage and featuring CFRT favorite Greg King. The Tony Award –winning The Trip to Bountiful by Horton Foote follows Carrie Watts (Bo Thorp), an active, highly motivated widow living in a cramped apartment in Houston in the Spring of 1953 with her son (Greg King) and daughter-in-law. Carrie escapes her relatives’ watchful eyes to realize her dearest dream: to return to her beloved hometown, Bountiful. What starts as an ordinary trip soon becomes an inspiring and life-changing journey of discovery.

SPECIAL EVENT: The Santaland Diaries - December 12-13, 19-20, 2014
This year we also have a holiday treat for the adults. David Sedaris’ wickedly funny The Santaland Diaries will play on weekend evenings during the run of BCPE. Sedaris’ account of his time working as a Macy’s Santaland elf is irreverent and hilarious, and this one man show will feature our very own Michael Thrash in a role he was born to play.

Amadeus asks us to contemplate the nature of art, the influence of divine inspiration and the lengths some are willing to go to achieve greatness.
Amadeus is being produced with the Fayetteville Symphony Orchestra.
