Box Office Policies

Tickets released from the theatre are NOT exchangeable or refundable.

All telephone orders MUST be charged to a Visa or Mastercard, unless you are a Patron or Season Coupon Holder.

Reservations MUST be cancelled twenty-four (24) hours in advance of the performance in order to receive a credit or refund. 

Reservations Changes: One show date change may be made at no cost; changes thereafter will require a $5.00 service fee charge.

Patron and Season Tickets Holders who do not cancel twenty-four (24) hours in advance of their reserved performance will forfeit their coupons for that production.

Limited and Super Saver coupons may be UPDATED for any performance day by PAYING THE DIFFERENCE between the price originally paid for the coupon and the current single ticket price.

A $20.00 fee will be charged for all returned checks.
